Learners will review an architectural background, set up working views and sheets, build block diagrams using model groups, apply color-coding, and generate design options for client presentations. The next module builds on the schematic space-planning workflow from the beginner module. Designers will learn how to transition a preferred schematic option into a developed design-ready plan. Lastly, the advanced module builds on prior planning lessons and guides designers through accessibility requirements, mail & package layouts, construction tolerances, Reflected ceiling plan (RCP) coordination, creative amenity concepts, and the design with empathy for tenant demographics. This course strengthens technical accuracy while deepening the emotional intelligence behind amenity design.
